GoldFord returns with “Only You Do”, deepening his signature soul-pop sound

Contemporary soul-pop artist GoldFord returns with his new single “Only You Do”, a release that continues to define his growing reputation for emotionally honest songwriting and close, intimate vocal performance.

At the heart of the track is the quality that has become most associated with GoldFord’s music: a vocal delivery that feels immediate and personal, drawing the listener into the emotion of the song rather than simply presenting it. “Only You Do” builds around this strength, using warm melodies and soulful arrangements that unfold gradually, giving space for the lyrics and vocal tone to carry the emotional weight.

The single continues GoldFord’s approach to music that is shaped as much by feeling as by structure. Every element of the production supports a sense of depth and intention, creating a listening experience that feels reflective and carefully considered rather than rushed or overly produced.

“Only You Do” marks the first new release since his 2025 EP “Space of the Heart”, a project that received strong critical and editorial support. The EP was featured across major streaming playlists, including Spotify’s Retro Soul, Summer Pop, Just Good Music and Pop Rising, as well as Apple Music’s New Music Daily and New in Alternative.

The project also gained attention from music publications such as Galore, Clash, FAULT and TMRW, helping to strengthen GoldFord’s position as one of the more distinctive voices in contemporary soul-pop. The track “Easy Does It” received regular radio play, including support on BBC Radio 1’s Future of Pop and Sirius XM’s Spectrum.

Over the past year, GoldFord has also developed a strong reputation as a live performer. His “Space of the Heart” tour included sold-out shows across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Venues such as the Fillmore in San Francisco, the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, Webster Hall in New York and Scala in London all featured on the run, reflecting his growing international audience.

His live performances are often described as intimate and emotionally direct, with audiences responding to the vulnerability and warmth that define his stage presence. This connection between artist and listener has become a central part of his identity, reinforcing the emotional core of his recorded work.

With “Only You Do”, GoldFord continues to build on this trajectory, offering a song that highlights both his consistency as a songwriter and his continued development as a contemporary soul-pop artist.
