CabinTwelve Releases Debut Single "Out Of Focus"
CabinTwelve has released his debut single Out Of Focus, marking his first official step into the music industry after several years of writing and recording in private.
Over the past three years, he has been writing songs and recording demos purely for the love of doing it, without any focus on release or commercial intent. When he finished the demo for Out Of Focus, he immediately knew it should be his first single.
To develop the track further, CabinTwelve partnered with producer Pete Zen and travelled to Los Angeles to complete the final production. The collaboration helped shape the song into its finished form while keeping the original idea and feeling intact.
The track draws from indie rock, pop punk and hyperpop influences. The result is a sound that does not sit neatly in one category. It combines energetic guitar-driven elements with modern electronic textures and pop-focused songwriting. Although it experiments with different styles, it still feels accessible and easy to connect with.
Out Of Focus reflects themes of uncertainty and clarity, fitting its title in both sound and mood. It introduces CabinTwelve as an artist who is willing to mix genres while keeping a strong sense of identity in his music.
This debut sets the foundation for what is expected to be an evolving project, built on experimentation, collaboration and a continuing interest in blending different sounds.
