Nobody Too Reach New Emotional Heights with “The Climb”

Hoboken, NJ’s indie rock trio Nobody Too have been steadily making a name for themselves in the greater New York City music scene. The band is built on the long friendship of Jim Robinson (vocals), Pat Robinson (drums), and Rob Guanci (guitars). Their sound combines garage grit, jangly hooks and bluesy swagger, drawing comparisons to early R.E.M., The Strokes, Pavement and The Black Keys.

Since their debut, Nobody Too have released a string of singles, starting with “Spirits in the Sky” in September 2024. Their latest track, “The Climb,” shows a more acoustic, laid-back side of the band. The mid-tempo rock ballad explores the emotions and journey of losing a loved one, and the cover art by Xiao Ma perfectly complements its reflective tone.

While “The Climb” is softer than some of their earlier work, Nobody Too’s live shows still capture their raw energy, catchy melodies, and the chemistry that comes from making music with close friends. The single highlights their versatility and their ability to connect deeply with listeners.

For fans of indie rock that blends grit with melody and emotion, Nobody Too’s “The Climb” is a track worth hearing.
