Michael Botte Band Captures the Ghost of Love Lost in Haunting New Single, “Broken”

Philadelphia-based modern rock artist Michael Botte Band has released their latest single, “Broken”, a deeply emotional song that explores memory, regret, and the search for closure. Available on all major platforms from 23 January 2026, the track draws listeners into the quiet, haunting moments that follow the end of a relationship. Inspired by the image of a fading photograph, “Broken” captures the experience of looking back at a past version of oneself and feeling disconnected. Lines such as “The edges faded and the faces worn / My love is jaded and my heart is torn” convey the heavy, inescapable weight of nostalgia.

Michael Botte is a multi-award-winning recording artist whose music has topped charts and enjoyed regular airplay on radio stations around the world. Originally from a small steel town outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he now lives in the Philadelphia area. In addition to performing, Botte hosts Blast Music 247’s “Blast’R Rock and Metal Podcast” and actively helps promote other artists’ music to support their success.
