Bridgette Bravo Sends Anxiety Packing with Cheeky New Single ‘I’ll See You’

Bridgette Bravo, an emerging alternative pop artist from Singapore, has just dropped her vibrant new single ‘I’ll See You’. It's an upbeat electropop anthem that delivers a sassy send-off to lifelong anxiety.

"I’m a small girl from a small country with big tits and bigger dreams," she declares unapologetically. That boldness pulses through every beat of this track.

Self-produced in her bedroom, which she notes is also used for “other things… like watching kill counts to sleep,” ‘I’ll See You’ gives listeners a playful yet defiant take on mental health. It is a mix of cheek and catharsis, blending alt-pop influences with her own offbeat style.

The song takes cues from Billie Eilish, Earth, Wind & Fire and Boney M. It fuses retro grooves with modern angst, pushing back at anxiety through shimmering synths and a tongue-in-cheek attitude. “It’s the cheekiest song I have in my upcoming EP,” she says. “And it was honestly really liberating to make. I’ve lived with my anxiety all my life, and sometimes I just wanna tell it to bug off, y’know?”

Bridgette’s debut EP, which she calls her “lovechild,” is set to be released this autumn. ‘I’ll See You’ sets the tone with its boldness, intimacy and unexpected humour. If this single is any indication, Bridgette Bravo is carving out a fresh and fearless space in alternative pop.

Keep an eye on her. She’ll see you.
