DxriaXMxaria is no ordinary musical project. It is the product of a long-standing friendship and a shared creative journey, rooted deeply in the city of Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Their story traces back to August 2003, when one half of the duo first entered the world, growing up with a profound fascination for sound, rhythm, and melody. Despite a formal education at music school, where they studied wind instruments for three years, the traditional confines of classical training could not contain their restless spirit of experimentation.

Fate intervened once again in 2020 at a local lyceum, where the future members of DxriaXMxaria crossed paths with RetroHaze and AndyHoror. Together, they formed the rock band The Lofl, which later evolved into Imitation of a Noisy Company. The group recorded several albums and even ventured into video production - although, tantalisingly, their music video remains unreleased. As life took its unpredictable course, the band eventually went their separate ways, particularly after one member was forced to move abroad amid the chaos of war.

Yet music, as ever, remained the unbreakable thread binding them across borders. From these trials, DxriaXMxaria was born - a new chapter forged from the embers of their earlier dreams, but with a sharpened, modern edge. Today, the duo dive deep into the raw, murky waters of phonk, blending gritty, Memphis-inspired beats with eerie melodies and deeply introspective lyrics.
